He recently finished a monumental drawing of 2 by 2.5 meters titled A Fireman's Face, drawn entirely with pencil (300 pencils were used in it's completion). Sergio is currently working in a new direction with a series of political portraits that are visually playful, masterly painted and provocative. Intending to use all his painterly skills to create a work of extreme beauty, but with a political provocateur's agenda. Sergio has been happily married to Anna Ostroverhy for 13 years and they have three children: Maxime, Peter and a newborn baby, Paul. Sergio Ostroverhy is based in Montparnasse and visits his studio in Seattle every summer.
