TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

The cost of the course includes:

-Tuition, Hotel*, Meals, Material, Transport

-13 nights accommodation with meals

-12 days painting tuition [minimum 6 hours a day]

-All necessary art supplies

-Transfer from train station to hotel

-*In cases when we don't have enough clients to fulfil our contract with the hotel, we reserve the right to accommodate our clients in local villas. In this situation, meals would still be provided by the hotel restaurant and single rooms with private bathrooms would be available.

 

Reservation and Cancellation:

-Places on the course will be reserved on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the course.

-The balance must be paid in full one week before the start of the course.

-Clients who do not pay by this time will be subject to a late fee of 100E.

-All our prices are listed in Euros, but you can pay in any currency.

-Should we need to cancel the workshop as a result of unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund.

 

Insurance:

-We accept no responsibility for external factors or force majeure affecting the proposed schedule or smooth running of our workshops.

-We accept no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal possessions.

-Clients are responsible for their own medical requirements, and should be aware that our workshops include some physical activity.

-Any physical disability requiring special attention must be reported when the reservation is made.

-We advise clients to purchase their own travel/holiday their own travel/holiday insurance.
